Mr. Bauer was born June 15, 1900 in Germany. He sold scientific instruments for Carl Zeiss Inc, New York City.
His wife, Helen (Stein) Bauer predeceased him in 1972.
Funeral arrangements were private under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
