Born in New York City on February 9, 1935, he was the son of Walter Jennings and Laurette Larche.
Mr. Jennings was a veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1957-1959.
He then worked as a sales representative for Merritt Sales in Flemington, NJ.
William was survived by his wife, Joan (Wortmann) Jennings.
Interment in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, 94 North Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
