William Clay, age 24 years, of Flemington Borough, NJ died on June 28, 1970 at Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg, NJ as a result of an auto accident.

Born in Georgia on March 8, 1946, he was the son of Henry and Beatrice Clay.

Mr. Clay was employed by the Oliver Rubber Company as a laborer.

He was survived by his wife, Nora (Camon) Clay.

Interment in McRea Cemetery, McRea, GA.
