Born in Ohio on November 14, 1920, he was the son of Carroll Norris and Imogine McGowan.

Mr. Norris was a United States Army veteran of World War II.

He then worked as an auto mechanic.

Warren was survived by his wife, Doris (Anderson) Norris.

Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
