Born in Croton, NJ on March 6, 1906, he was the son of Benjamin Ellicott and Mary Ewing.
Mr. Ellicott was President of Hunterdon General Contractors.
He was survived by his wife, Louise (Brandon) Ellicott.
Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
