Born in Flemington, NJ on May 26, 1878, he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary Boyd.

Mr. Boyd was a retired barber.

He was predeceased by his wife, Katherine (Hoagland) Boyd, who died in 1957.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
