He was a railroad crossing guard.
Victor served in the US Army during World War II.
Born August 14, 1926 in Plainfield Township, PA, he was the son of James and Mamie (Frantz) Rissmiller.
Arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
