Stanley Gardecki, age 89 years, of Sarasota, FL, died on May 8, 2001 at the East Manor Nursing Care Medical Center, Sarasota, FL. Born in Jermyn, PA on March 19, 1912, he was the son of the late Teofil Gardecki and Madeline (Modzelewski) Gardecki. Mr. Gardecki was a veteran of World War II. He owned and operated his Paint Store and worked as an employee at an Arts and Crafts store in Carbondale, PA. Interment in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Mayfield, PA.
