Born in Ringoes, NJ on October 10, 1907, he was the son of the late Orville H. Dilts and Fannie Holcombe.

Mr. Dilts worked as a security officer for the New Jersey State Museum in Trenton, NJ.

He was married to Clara Mae (Carroll) Dilts.

Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
