Shirley B. Elbert, age 70 years, of Dobbs Ferry, Westchester County, New York, died on January 11, 1996 at her home. Born in Ringoes, NJ on March 13, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Oliver Everitt and Sophia Clausen. She was a homemaker. Shirley is survived by her husband, Philip Elbert, their children, and four grandchildren. Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
