Born May 22, 1967 in Flemington, he was the son of Merrill and Mary (Storr) Miller. Scott was a student at Hunterdon Central Regional High School.
Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home. Interment was in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Ringoes.
