Born August 2, 1909 in Flemington, he was the son of Stephen and Amelia (Forior) Miszak. He was Parts Manager at Circle Buick, Flemington.

He was survived by his wife, Piros (Simon) Phillips.

Funeral services were held in Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in Cherryville Cemetery, Flemington.
