Samuel Trout, Jr.

Samuel Trout, Jr., age 77 years, of Pittstown, NJ, died on August 18, 1997 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Quakertown, NJ on September 21, 1919, he was the son of the late Samuel Trout, Sr., and Darcy (Opdyke) Trout. Mr. Trout was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army in Northern Europe and the Rhineland from 1941-1945. He then worked in the Trout Brothers Well Drilling business and at Franklin Liquor Store in Franklin Township, NJ. Samuel was survived by his wife, Eleanor (Pedrick) Trout. Interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ.
