Born in Pennington, NJ on April 21, 1881, he was the son of the late Judson Robbins and Johanna Sweeney.
Samuel was survived by his wife, May Olive (Lesson) Robbins.
Interment in Cherryville Mountain View Cemetery, 594 Cherryville Road, Flemington, NJ.
