Ruth Mason

Ruth Mason, 71 years, of Flemington, NJ, died March 30, 1982 in Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington.

Born October 5, 1910 in Whitehouse Station, she was a daughter of the late Elwood and Rose Hendershot. She lived in Hunterdon County most of her life.

Surviving are her husband, John Mason; a son, Leonard Smeaton, Flemington; three brothers, Elwood Hendershot, Flemington, Harry Hendershot, Somerville, and Frank Hendershot, Florida; four sisters, Mrs. Florence Engle, High Bridge, Irene Hendershot, New York, Marilda Hendershot, Washington, and Mrs. Edna Helm, Montana; a granddaughter and a great-granddaughter.

Services were held in Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in Union Cemetery, Lebanon.
