Ruth Higgins Case, age 80 years, of Largo, FL, died on December 14, 1993 at the Swanholm Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, St. Petersburg, FL. Born in Readington Township, NJ on July 19, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Vlearbone and Minnie Miller. She was a homemaker. Ruth was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Higgins in 1969, and Wilson Case, in 1980. Interment in Franklin Memorial Park, 1800 New Jersey 27, North Brunswick Township, NJ.
