Ruth E. Elstein, age 82 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on September 29, 2000 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in New York City, NY on March 5, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Edward Gross and Rose (Metz) Gross. She worked as a School Secretary for the NYC Board of Education. Ruth was predeceased by her husband, Sidney Elstein, who passed away in 1983. Interment in Cedar Park Cemetery, Emerson, : 735 Forest Ave, Paramus, NJ.
