Born in Belleville, NJ on April 12, 1908, he was the son of the late Gilbert and Mary Ryno.

Mr. Ryno worked as a Sales Manager for Mueller Machine Company in Metuchen, NJ.

Roscoe was survived by his wife, Edna (Ulmer) Ryno.

Interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ.
