Robert J. Hayes Sr., age 68 years, of Clinton, NJ, died on May 4, 2002 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Hackettstown, NJ on May 5, 1933, he was the son of Joseph Hayes and Marie Detillio. Mr. Hayes was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a Public Works Administrator for the town of Clinton, NJ. Robert was survived by his wife, Rose Tinnes. Interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ.
