Richard J. Dubusky

Richard J. "Rick" Dubusky, age 82 years, of Englewood, FL and Delaware Township, NJ, died Sunday, February 8, 2026, in Venice, Florida.

Born in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late John and Josephine (Domurant) Dubusky. He had resided in Delaware Township for over forty years.

He was a dispatcher for the New Jersey State Police for thirty-eight years until retiring.

Rick especially enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life, particularly in retirement.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Barbara (Holcombe) Dubusky; a niece, Michele Duffey; a great-niece, Kate Duffey; as well as good friend and caregiver, Rich Kulas; and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Carol and Bruce Pitbladdo.

His only sister, Sandra Luffy, predeceased him.

Graveside services and burial in the family plot will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Barber Burying Ground, Lambertville-Headquarters Road, Delaware Township, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home.
