Richard B. Orengo, age 42 years, of Perth Amboy, NJ, died July 8, 1986 in St. Francis Hospital, Trenton.
Born August 24, 1943 in US Virgin Islands, he was the son of Nicholas and Romana (Velasquez) Orengo. Mr. Orengo was a former police officer with the Perth Amboy Police Department.
Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Burial was in Bayamin, Puerto Rico.
