Rhoda Lugrin, age 86 years, of Pittstown, NJ, died on September 28, 2003 at Country Arch Nursing Home, Clinton Township, NJ. Born in Brookvale, PA on September 8, 1917, she was the daughter of the late John Kurtz and Emma (Papke) Kurtz. Rhoda was a hairdresser and beautician for years. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Lugrin Jr., in 1979. The burial was private.
