Born in Clover Hill, NJ on January 11, 1889, he was the son of William Fisher and Addie Kinsey. Mr. Fisher was a World War I veteran. He was married to Ethel Burroughs. Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
