Born in New Jersey on August 16, 1943, he was the son of John C. Polhemus and Carolyn Voorhees.
Mr. Polhemus was an engineer with the Union Carbide Company.
He was survived by his wife, Patricia (Emery) Polhemus.
Interment in Clover Hill Reformed Church Cemetery, Amwell Road, Hillsborough, NJ.
