Mr. Decking was a United States Army veteran of World War II.

He was formerly employed by American Cyanamid in Bound Brook, NJ.

He was survived by his wife, Eleanor (Bodine) Decking.

Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery, Lambertville, NJ.
