Paul H. Alvater

Paul H. Alvater, age 62 years, of Flemington Borough, NJ died on January 16, 1964 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Flemington, NJ on September 19, 1901, he was the son of the late Charles Alvater and Frances Hamilton.

He was formerly an Associated Press correspondent and Hunterdon County appraiser.

Paul was survived by his wife, Frances (Cox) Alvater, of Flemington.

Funeral services, officiated by Reverend Linn Creighton, took place in the Holcombe Funeral Home on Sunday, January 19, 1964.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
