He was born in Germany on April 15, 1881.

Mr. Grossman was a retired foreman for a chemical company.

He was survived by his wife, Fannie (McPherson) Grossman, of Flemington.

Interment in Sand Brook Cemetery, Britton Road, Stockton, NJ.
