Born in Ontario, Canada on August 3, 1968, he was the son of Basil E. McKenzie and Jasmine Spence.
Paul was a college student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.
Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
