Born May 10, 1902 in Nashville, TN, he was the son of Paul D. and Inez (Griffin) Denton, Sr. Mr. Denton was the President of Wertsville Industries, Inc.
He was survived by his wife, Oda (Honicker) Denton.
Cremation was private. Graveside services were held at Union Cemetery, Wertsville.
