Olga Louise Polhemus, age 79 years, of Bridgewater, NJ, died on Monday, September 5, 2005 at her residence.
Born in Pennington, NJ, April 22, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Emma Felauer Schaefer and had resided in Bridgewater for the past forty-two years, having previously resided in Passaic, NJ.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband of fifty-nine years, Harold Polhemus; two daughters, Dorothy McGrath of Readington Township, NJ and Jane Skrzyniarz of Forks Township, PA; four grandchildren, Danielle Gascoyne of Raritan, NJ, Beau McGrath of New York City, NY and Sarah and Brandon Skrzyniarz of Forks Township, PA; three sisters, Bertha Wharton of Fairlawn, NJ and Emma Kough and Dorothy Norris of Columbia, NJ; and a brother, Karl Schaefer of Cookstown, NJ.
A son, Thomas H. Polhemus, died on September 11, 2001.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Clover Hill Cemetery, Clover Hill, NJ.
