Born in New Jersey on June 12, 1910, he was the son of the late Giuseppe (Joseph) Randazzo and Marianne Orlando.

Mr. Randazzo was a self-employed barber and hairdresser.

Interment in Green-Wood Cemetery, 500 25th St, Brooklyn, NY.
