Born September 11, 1926 in St. Louis, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late George and Loretta (Hertel) Humpert. She was survived by her husband, Karl H. Roberts.
Norma was in real estate sales with Weichert Realtors in Flemington.
Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home.
