Born in Newark, NJ on September 17, 1946, he was the son of Nicholas DiChiara and Elsie (Gaglione) DiChiara. Mr. DiChiara worked as a public defender for Union, Somerset, and Hunterdon County, NJ. Nicholas was survived by his wife, Martha (Noonan) DiChiara, and their children. The burial was private.
