Born in Georgia on January 8, 1921, she was predeceased by her husband, Artance Cooper, who died in 1983. She had 14 children, 35 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
