Born in Stanton Station, NJ on February 6, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Edward H. Smith and Margaret Conover.

She was an office manager for the Armored Motor Service Corporation in Trenton, NJ.

Mildred was survived by her husband, Robert D. Dean.

Interment in Cherryville Cemetery, 594 Cherryville Road, Cherryville, NJ.
