Born July 17, 1912 in New York City, she was the daughter of John and Ellen (Mitchell) McDermott.
Mildred was the office manager for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., New York City.
She was survived by her husband, James A. Henderson.
Interment was in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
