Born in Russia on November 20,1890, he was the son of the late Adam Koltovich.

Mr. Koltovich was a retired farmer.

He was survived by his wife, Eva (Drazenovich) Koltovich.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
