Born in Berkeley, CA on June 17, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Frederick C. Dezendorf and Lucy Stanton.
She worked as a clerk in the 1940's.
May was survived by her husband, Charles W. Fouts, of Flemington.
The arrangements were private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home.
