Born in Pittstown, NJ on November 14, 1887, she was the daughter of the late Porter C. Little and Sarah Huff.

She was a homemaker.

Maud was predeceased by her husband, Ray C. Wilson, who died in 1944.

Interment in Cherryville Mountainview Cemetery, Cherryville Road, Flemington, NJ.
