Mary E. Stein

Mary E. Stein, age 79 years, of Ewing Township, NJ, died on Friday, January 21, 2005 at the Kennedy-Stratford Hospital, Stratford, NJ.

Born in Pittstown, NJ, January 23, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Lambert and Anna Cripps Barrick. She had resided in Trenton, NJ for most of her life.

She was formerly a decorator with Stangl Pottery, Trenton, NJ, and then was employed by Cybis Porcelain, Terenton, NJ, retiring in 1996.

She was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church, Ewing Township, NJ.

Her husband, Joseph Stein, died in 1978. A daughter, Patricia Lynn Stein, died in 1953. Surviving are a son, Dwight Stein of Ewing Township, NJ; three grandchildren; Rachelle Biddulph of Newtown, PA, Scott Stein of Burlington Township, NJ, and Meggin Stein of Ewing Township, NJ; eight great-grandchildren; and four sisters: Viola Marion of Three Bridges, NJ, Esther Knopf in Virginia, Hazel Harrison of Ringoes, NJ, and Florence Knoster of Sergeantsville, NJ.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 6-8 PM in the funeral home.
