Martha "Bea" Elizabeth Young, age 91 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on February 10, 2004 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Upper Black Eddy, PA on September 7, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Hillpot and Bertha (Burkett) Hillpot. Her husband, William F. Young, died in 1979. "Bea" operated the diner in Ringoes, NJ for many years. Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
