Born in Orangeburg, Rockland County, NY, she was the daughter of the late Garrett and Mary (Blauvelt) Post.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jay J. Kisz, who died in 1953.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
