Born in Flemington, NJ on June 12, 1912, she was the daughter of Edward A. Fulper and Mabel Hoffman. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth H. Fox. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
