Mabel R. Higgins, age 86 years, of Clinton, NJ, died on January 10, 1998 at her home in Hampton Township, NJ. Born in West Portal, NJ on December 29, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Nora Schutts. She worked as a Seamstress at a Clothing Manufacturing Shop in High Bridge, NJ. Mabel was predeceased by her husband, Fred Higgins, who died in 1987. Interment in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ.
