Louise "Rusty" E. Happel, age 84 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on August 31, 2000 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Jersey City, NJ on February 18, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Harold Scull and Mabel (Dalton) Scull. She was a homemaker. "Rusty" was predeceased by her husband, Renold Happel, who passed away in 1976. The burial was private.
