Louise Estella (Allen) Cole, age 87 years, of Franklin (Hunterdon County), NJ, died Friday, May 9th, 2025, at Little Brook Nursing Home in Califon, NJ.

Born on Feb 17th,1938 in Easton, PA, she was the daughter to the late James Stout Allen and Frances Louise (McPeek) Allen.

She attended North Hunterdon High School graduating in the Class of 1957.

Louise was married on August 8th, 1964, to the late Ralph E. Cole for fifty-six years who passed away in 2020. She worked as a Bank Clerk for thirty-five years and retired from Hunterdon County National Bank in Flemington NJ.

She was an avid flower gardener and embroiderer. In her early years, Louise was an active member of Quakertown United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school and sang in the church choir.

Louise is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy E. (Allen) and Steven F. Busher, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Frances Allen, and her husband, Ralph Cole.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
