Lisolette Schrag, age 82 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, February 8, 2011, in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

She was born on October 1, 1928.

She and her late husband, Harry Schrag, formerly owned and operated the Bee Happy Honey House, Flemington, NJ.

Surviving is a brother-in-law, Elkmar Schrag, of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.

Funeral services and interment will be private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
