Born in Philadelphia, PA on November 7, 1948, she was the daughter of Theodore Horowitz and Charlotte Levine.

She was a teacher in the Flemington-Raritan School System.

Linda was survived by her husband, Allen "Ted" Hammer.

Interment in the Jewish Community Center of Flemington Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
