Born in Braddock, PA on October 12, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Robert Clark and Hannah Dougherty.

She worked as a bookkeeper for Jarrett Industries in Morris Plains, NJ.

Lillian was survived by her husband, Charles Phillips, of Milford, NJ.

Interment in St. Mary Roman Catholic Church Mausoleum, Alpha, NJ.
