Lester C. Higgins, Sr., age 78 years, of Sergeantsville, NJ, died on October 7, 1999 at his residence. Born in Delaware Township, NJ on February 17, 1921, he was the son of the late Fred Higgins and Ethel (Cline) Higgins. Mr. Higgins was a Farmer for years. Lester is survived by his wife, Bessie (Leon) Higgins, their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
